PAYMENT at the time of order is required and greatly appreciated. Items not paid for within 48 hours of ordering will be returned to the "shop."
PACKAGING: BrownEyedGirl items are beautifully gift-boxed and ready for giving. They are carefully wrapped and packaged in bubblewrap envelopes for safe transport and delivery.
SHIPPING: Shipping takes place within 24 hours of confirmation via PayPal. Shipping and handling ranges from $2.75 to $3.50 via U. S. Postal Service. Shipping is to your PayPal address unless otherwise specified.
FASTER SHIPPING NEEDED? No problem! If you'd like to receive your purchase within 2, at the most 3, days, then I can (at your request) ship via Priority Mail. The cost for priority mail is $4.50. This applies to the U.S. mainland only. Please email me for other shipping options or if you have questions.
REFUNDS: Customer satisfaction is very important to me. Please email me if you have any concern, and I will work with you to resolve it. If, ultimately, you are not satisfied, returns will be accepted, minus shipping.
